Orange County Chiropractors Holding Healthy Living Class February 17!

The Orange County Chiropractors at the Gateway Rehab and Wellness Center are once more offering patients and even prospective patients another wellness class. This class will be held on February 17 at the Gateway Rehab and Wellness Center in class begins at 6:30 PM.

This class like many others will provide attendees with valuable information pertaining to living a healthy lifestyle and maintaining that lifestyle. Those in attendance can expect to receive information on exercise, a proper and healthy diet, and even stress management. Dr. Rafa and his team of Orange County chiropractors have put this class together for individuals who are looking to begin living a healthier lifestyle and for those who might need help maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
